Terms of Service for Free SEO and Local SEO Audit

1. Acceptance of Terms By requesting or accepting the free SEO and Local SEO audit (“Audit”) provided by D3 Digital Media Marketing, LLC (“Company”), you (“Recipient”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or accept the Audit.
2. Nature of Service The Audit provided by the Company is a complimentary service intended solely for educational purposes. The Audit consists of a review of the Recipient’s website and online presence to provide general insights and recommendations for improving search engine optimization (SEO) and local SEO.
3. No Guarantees The Company makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information provided in the Audit. The Audit is provided “as is” and “as available.”
4. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
a. The use or the inability to use the Audit. b. Any errors or omissions in the Audit. c. Any action taken based on the information provided in the Audit.
5. Indemnification The Recipient agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the Recipient’s use of the Audit or breach of these Terms.
6. No Professional Advice The information provided in the Audit is not intended to replace or substitute for any professional financial, legal, or other advice. The Recipient should consult with a qualified professional for specific advice tailored to their situation.
7. Changes to Terms The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The Recipient’s continued use of the Audit after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado/USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By accepting the Audit, the Recipient acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
