Work With Us

Two ways to
run WAVES.

Run it yourself with Coaching: start with the $997 Onboarding Sprint, then continue at $697/mo. Or have us run it for you with WAVES Managed, scoped to your company and your goals.

Built for founder-led life sciences, SaaS, software development, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies with $1M to $50M revenue.

01 · How it works

Path 1: Coaching. You run it.

Install it, then run it. You start with the Onboarding Sprint, then keep going on Coaching. You build, we coach.

Step 1 · Onboarding

90-Day Onboarding Sprint

90 days: you build it, we coach it

One-time $997

Billed with your first month of Coaching

  • Six phases, with a gate at the end of each
  • You build your CxNector CRM, automations, and content engine with our templates
  • Weekly coaching and Friday Reviews
  • Bring your own Claude account; the skills we supply run in it

Best for: Every new client. This is where the system gets installed.

Path 2 · WAVES Managed

WAVES Managed. We run it for you.

Some teams know exactly what WAVES would do for them, and they don't have the hours to run it. WAVES Managed is the same system with our team doing the work. You give us your time on camera and your approvals. We handle the rest.

One conversation, many pieces.

Everything starts with a recorded interview, with you or with other people you designate. Each interview becomes a full YouTube episode, short captioned clips, an article for your website written for search and AI answers, and LinkedIn posts.

What we run for you, across all five parts of WAVES

  • Web Presence

Articles published on your site, a review of the pages buyers and investors check, your YouTube channel, your LinkedIn profile and company page.

  • Authority

Search optimization, content structured so AI tools cite you, and guest spots on other people's podcasts.

  • Voice

A captured voice profile for you and each spokesperson, so everything sounds like you.

  • Engagement

We monitor comments and suggest replies, build your target list and draft your outreach. We draft, you review and send.

  • Systems

A shared content calendar, an approval workflow, CRM tracking of the conversations that matter, a weekly scoreboard and a quarterly checkup.

Pricing: Custom scope, typically from $7,500/mo. Every Managed engagement starts with a 90-day pilot, then runs month to month.

Other platforms: the core program covers LinkedIn and YouTube. Platforms such as X can be added at your discretion.

Best for: Life sciences, pharma and technology companies that need visibility with investors, partners or buyers, and want a team to run it.

02 · What you pay

Clear pricing. No surprises.

The sprint fee is added to your first month. After that, it is Coaching only.

Path What is billed Total
Coaching, month 1 Onboarding Sprint ($997) + Coaching ($697) $1,694
Coaching, month 2 onward Coaching $697/mo
WAVES Managed 90-day pilot, then month to month. Scoped on a strategy call. Typically from $7,500/mo
03 · FAQ

The questions founders ask first.

How does pricing work?

There are two paths. Coaching starts with the $997 Onboarding Sprint, billed with your first month of Coaching ($697), so month one is $1,694 and every month after is $697. WAVES Managed is scoped to your company, typically from $7,500/mo, and starts with a 90-day pilot.

What do I need to bring?

On Coaching: your own Claude account and working time each week to build. The 90-day Onboarding Sprint is do-it-yourself with weekly coaching: you build every piece, and the Brand Voice skill, the SEO Writer skill, and the other skills we supply run in your Claude account, so they stay yours.

On WAVES Managed: time on camera for the interviews, usually a few hours a month, plus someone on your team to approve content each week. We handle production, publishing and the systems.

Do you work outside life sciences, SaaS, software development, pharmaceutical, and medical device?

We are built for founder-led B2B companies in those industries at $1M to $50M revenue. The operating system still applies outside that band, but our case studies, language, and tooling will not be the strongest fit. We will let you know on a strategy call if we think you would be better served elsewhere.

Do you run prospecting and outreach for me?

On Coaching: no. Outreach is the founder's job. We install the system, the tools and the cadence. The hands on the keyboard belong to you. This is in our refusals: we would rather tell you what we do not do before you sign than disappoint you after.

On WAVES Managed: we draft, you review and send. We build the target list and write the messages, but the relationships need to be yours, so they come from you. Same with comments: we flag the ones worth answering and suggest a reply, and you respond.

What's the difference between Coaching and WAVES Managed?

It's the same system. On Coaching, you run WAVES and we coach you through it. On Managed, our team runs it: interviews, video, articles, search, podcast booking and the systems. You approve the work and have the conversations.

Can I start on Coaching and move to Managed later?

Yes. Everything you build on Coaching carries over, including your voice profile, your target list and your CRM, so nothing starts from scratch.

Do you work with clinical-stage or pre-revenue companies?

On WAVES Managed, yes. Clinical-stage life sciences and pharma companies often need visibility with partners and investors before they have revenue, and that is exactly what Managed is built for. Coaching is still best for companies with paying customers.

Can I see what is in the system before I buy?

Yes. Two front doors:
• Take the WAVES Kompass: 20 questions, 5 minutes, you get your rung on the visibility ladder and the one pillar costing you the most leverage today.
• Book a Strategy Call: live conversation, no pitch deck, no upsell.
