The founder had already spent a substantial sum with multiple marketing vendors who promised better SEO and a stronger digital presence. Six months and several invoices later, the rankings had not moved and the pipeline was still running on personal network and referrals.

What We Installed

We rebuilt the website as a pipeline rather than a brochure, then stood up a CxNector CRM that sorts LinkedIn-sourced contacts into action buckets (re-engage, send intro, book a call) with templated outreach that goes out in a few clicks. A daily article rhythm using the content tooling keeps the founder visible.

The Splinter

The founder is a recognized voice with a proven methodology, but sales conversations kept stalling at the same place: the room treated his recommendations as one consultant's opinion. He needed prospects to see the gap themselves rather than take his word for it.

What We Installed

We built a custom Execution Assessment as a free lead magnet on his site, wired to CRM automation and back-end workflows. A prospect's team answers questions about their own operation, and the tool returns a factual read on how well they execute. He specified what he wanted; we delivered the working tool.

The Splinter

A founder with a strong product and a clear audience needed to run an actual launch: a working free trial, an email system that would not collide with sign-ups, a waitlist that filled, and launch assets that looked the part. The build was solid; the go-to-market layer was missing.

What We Installed

We stood up the email infrastructure, designed and tuned the free-trial engagement plan, and produced the launch video end to end, with our editor finishing the founder's footage. We set an ambitious waitlist target and built the funnel to chase it rather than a conservative trickle.
